I'm a Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping you find the right solution. With a relaxed approach, I will help you express your authentic self, discover your own unique path, and find the life that you desire.
Most people would describe me as genuine, passionate and open-minded. For the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping many people realize an improved sense of self and an enhanced quality of life. My clinical experience and expertise includes working with individuals and couples to help improve their overall well-being. Self-compassion, mindfulness, and understanding people within the context of their environment are the foundation to my therapeutic practice.
I have specialized training and extensive knowledge in sex, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. I use a sex-positive, non-judgmental approach, celebrating sexual diversity, flexibility, and fluidity. I understand that sexuality is complex and multifaceted and welcome all sexual expressions, interests, desires and orientations. I support traditional and non-traditional relationship structures. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and BDSM/kink friendly.
